DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in pre-call preparation with periodic participation in sales calls.Prepare sales proposals, pro-formas, and client presentations for the sales team.
Manage the customer care experience (as the first escalation point for the Business Center).
Manage the implementation process and provide client support and training (in tandem with the Business Center).
Provide active account management seeking to deepen existing treasury management relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Two plus years experience in banking with treasury management experience highly preferred.
Familiarity with commercial financial services a plus.
Experience with creating sales and marketing correspondence.
Exceptional customer service skills with client-facing experience highly preferred.
Ability to work well independently, while establishing strong working relationships with other departments.
Strong organization skills with high attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Typical hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
