As AccentHealth’s new Ad Ops and Compliance Quality Associate, you will review a healthy lifestyle TV show on a monthly basis for the nation’s leading Point of Care media company, monitor media schedules, review practice custom videos; organizine advertising contracts, and report on Ad inventory management and Ad Performance. A high attention for detail with a strong technical, reporting and testing background will help you be successful in this role.


You will also support the objectives and goals of the Senior Programming Manager by performing various duties related to the overall quality and compliance of the AccentHealth Digital Network.


An upbeat attitude and a high level of positive energy is wanted to work as an effective team member with your AccentHealth team.


What you’ll do?


Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information


Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards


Monitor each campaign to ensure compliance


Act as liaison with Client Care team to manage and schedule internal office ads


Generate and review monthly inventory and proof of play reports


Analyze and report on campaign performance and research results


Assist in reviewing monthly program


Act as back-up to scheduling and analytics team


Monitor inbound and outbound materials from 3rd party vendors


Analyze the overall quality and compliance of the AccentHealth Digital Network


Assist with the testing of the video portion of hardware and/or software deployments


Maintain high level of personal expertise in current and future digital signage technology


Creation and documentation of standard operating procedures and workflow


What’s required?


2-4 years experience with media traffic/production


Ad inventory management experience strongly preferred


Detail oriented, organized and proactive


Experience with digital signage programs is preferred (BroadSign is a plus)


Good written and verbal communication skills required


Must be able to work effectively with cross functional groups and participate in problem solving process


Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensures the ability to find the defects and bugs quickly


1-3 years quality control experience in the entertainment industry


Ability to learn quickly on various software


High level of personal initiative and the ability to work without close supervision is vital to this position


Extended hours sometimes necessary


High school diploma


Some college or bachelors degree preferred


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel


Experience with database files and other related client tracking systems a plus


Ability to read and speak Spanish a plus
