ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep and report all info in OneSource because it pertains to a property’s Actual Property Tax and help for the attraction course of.
Put together CAM/RE Tax/Insurance coverage/Utility reconciliations as wanted per the phrases of the lease.
Help the mailing of CAM reconciliation invoices, notices, correspondence, and so on.
Will help Accounts Receivable specialists in assortment of recoverable expense billings.
Set up and keep relationships with tenants and work to resolve disputes associated to recoverable bills.
Put together correspondence and documentation in accordance with established insurance policies and procedures to inform tenant of firm’s place on particular disputed points.
Interpret the language of leases so as to help underwriting division, set-up restoration spreadsheets and/or accruals for tenants.
Analyze restoration charges and bills as they relate to or have an effect on property, CAM, and escrow budgets.
Help the Tax and Recoveries Supervisor with respect to Actual Property Tax accounting and CAM recoveries.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s diploma required.
One to 3 years prior skilled expertise in a Business Actual Property CAM, Lease Billing, or Lease Administration position required.
Robust pc and analytical expertise, together with proficiency in MS Workplace. Prior MRI expertise a plus.
Should possess wonderful organizational expertise, consideration to element and the power to work effectively in a quick-paced group setting.
Means to multi-process numerous tasks to arduous deadlines, together with prioritizing and time-managing recurring duties and advert hoc duties as they come up.
